Our plate rolling machines have 4 rolls. The top roll moves in a fixed motion while the lower roll holds the plate in place and moves vertically. You can adjust the lateral rolls to your specifications by selecting a single or double roll. PLATE ROLLING - WHAT IS IT? Plate rolling is when three roll benders "pinch" the flat piece between two rolls and bend it as it contacts a forming wheel. This transforms the flat workpiece into cylindrical form that can be welded together.

Double Pinch minimizes end flats. While the top roll remains fixed, the two lower rolls can have independent hydraulic adjustments. This design allows the operator to have more control over the rolling process and provides better results.
